Health Insurance
Dell-Tech offers a very competitive health care package at a
rate that is affordable for all employees who work 30 hours
or more per week. This package is underwritten by Network Health
and is administered by the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce and
Industry. Dell-Tech offers their employees a contribution toward
their health care premium cost. In addition, Dell-Tech is enrolled
in a POP Plan which allows health
insurance premiums to be taken out before taxes, allowing employees
to take home more of what they earn.
Life Insurance
Dell-Tech
has a fully paid life insurance policy to cover accidental death
up to $10,000 for all current employees.
Retirement
Dell-Tech offers
a 401K contribution plan administered by The Principal Financial
Group.
Paid Holidays and Vacation
After a new employee has worked for 30 consecutive days, we offer six paid national holidays. In addition, we offer vacation after one year (fifty-two weeks) of service.

Bonuses
Dell-Tech offers
a substantial referral bonus for employees referred to us for
available positions. The referred individual must complete 90
days on contract and have a good performance rating. The referral
bonus can be a shared effort between the referral and the person
referring them.
In addition, we want to show our employees our appreciation
for their enduring service to our client companies; Dell-Tech
employees are taken out to lunch for their birthday. We also
sponsor a softball team each year that anyone is welcome to
join and have fun.
